Community ISD’s fifth elementary school is a ground-up new campus in Josephine, and ATMAC Mechanical handled the plumbing scope from the first pipe to final walkthrough.

The work covered every plumbing system a new elementary campus needs — kitchen lines, restroom groups throughout the building, and water fountains — all installed as part of new construction rather than a renovation.

The plumbing scope totaled $2.8 million and ran from 2023 to 2024, delivering a fully built-out system ready for the school’s opening.
