Bailey Junior High School — Arlington, TX
Bailey Junior High’s remodel and addition gave ATMAC Mechanical the chance to handle a full HVAC overhaul — tearing out aging equipment and replacing it end to end across both the existing building and its new addition.
The scope included demolition and replacement of ductwork, piping, and equipment throughout: two chillers with pumps, 28 rooftop units, a VRF system, and 23 exhaust fans, all coordinated around an active campus footprint.
The HVAC scope totaled $3.5 million and ran from 2023 to 2024, modernizing climate control across the entire campus.
