Van Alstyne High School

Van Alstyne ISD’s new high school is a 361,000-square-foot campus built to serve as the district’s flagship secondary campus, and ATMAC Mechanical was brought on to handle the plumbing for the project from start to finish.

As a full ground-up build, the scope covered every fixture and system in the building — restrooms, locker rooms, science labs, a full-service kitchen, and athletic facilities — all designed and installed new rather than adapted from an existing structure.

The total plumbing scope came in at $7.7 million, with work spanning 2022 to 2024. It stands as one of the largest single plumbing contracts ATMAC has completed to date.
