Job Description:
- Self-Perform Service, Startups and Warranty repairs for all types of HVAC Systems
- 3 to 150 TON RTU’s, VAV’s, VFD’s, Gas, and electric unit heaters, Liebert’s / CRAC, mini-splits, split systems, VRF, and chiller Systems, air and water cooled for both commercial and industrial.
- Positively respond to heavy workload of service calls in a professional manner.
- The ability, knowledge, and willingness to assist and train entry to mid-level service techs to help them continue their growth in the industry.
- Ensure customers’ questions/concerns have been addressed before leaving the work site.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various make and models of equipment.
- Demonstrate the ability to determine priorities based on call schedule, respond to inadvertent interruptions, carry proper tools and materials.
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of air and water cooled, heating and air condition equipment in commercial and industrial buildings
- Knowledge of electrical and control systems
- Keep supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints
- Participate in on call rotation, volunteer to take on new challenges and work assignments.
- Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate and complete invoices, paperwork and other procedures to company standards.
- Excited to participate in a company that provides training opportunities when those opportunities present themselves
- Maintain the highest safety standards and wear all PPE while working on the job.
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of commercial as a HVAC Service Technician.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team and ensure our goals of quality service and workmanship that exceed the industry standards.
- Have thorough knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnose and repair various make and models of all types of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid social security number
- Must be able to pass a Background check.
- Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required.
- Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
- Maintain accurate records.

- Daily clean, neat, professional appearance.
