We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our preventive maintenance contract business. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for commercial HVAC preventive maintenance contracts across the DFW metroplex
- Perform on-site assessments, evaluate client needs, and present tailored maintenance solutions for systems such as chillers, boilers, and rooftop units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
- Meet and exceed sales goals through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
- Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure smooth contract implementation and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends, energy-efficient technologies, and regulatory requirements
🔹 Requirements:
Technical Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a proven track record in preventive maintenance contracts
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units
- Familiarity with the DFW market and an established professional network
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Technical certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA) are a plus
Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in an outside sales role
