Service at Work

ATMAC Mechanical has been working for D/FW clients for more than 50 years. Founded in 1953 as Atlas Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, ATMAC has grown and added new service lines along the way. In 2005, the name changed to ATMAC Mechanical Services to show the attention to commercial service and construction.

Sure, clients come to us because ATMAC delivers quality. But they stay for the service we provide every day. We treat each client the way we would want to be treated. Every one here works that way. It makes it easy to deliver the best work on the job site, in the mechanical room, or on the roof.

Leadership

Jeff McBrayer
Owner and President
Jeff is personally active in the business since he joined ATMAC in 2005.  He works for managed growth of ATMAC’s lines of business orginally founded by George Smith over 70 years ago. He recieved a Bachelor of Business from Baylor University, and a Master of Business Administration from Kellog Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Brad Thompson
Senior VP, Plumbing Construction Division
Brad Thompson joined ATMAC in 1996 as a plumbing apprentice and is now the Responsible Master Plumber for ATMAC. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial plumbing construction. Brad manages project estimating, project management, and project negotiating. 

Damian L’Heureux
Senior VP, HVAC Construction and Service Divisions
Damian L’Heureux joined ATMAC in 2024, with over 42 years of HVAC commercial construction experience. Damian started his career as a HVAC Commercial Service technician, while going through an Apprenticeship in HVAC commercial construction, working up in the ranks from the field to an executive position. His knowledge in both field and management gives him a unique, successful prospective in the mechanical construction industry.
